This virtual program will help empower you to more confidently navigate everything from pregnancy through early parenthood.

What’s included?
Online Childbirth Education
Join our Virtual bump groups aka childbirth education course led by a doula to empower pregnant people with information about their maternal bodies, their birth experience options and tools for self advocacy.
1:1 Doula Support
A doula* will be available one-on-one to support you throughout your journey.
*The role of the doula is to virtually support you leading up to your delivery. They will not be present with you through labor and delivery.
Community
It takes a village don’t it? Gain access to the Spora Village, an online community of other Spora Mommas for support, connection, and fellowship.
The Momma Kit
You’ll be sent equipment and information to track your vitals at home.

Easily track your vitals in just 2 minutes, 2-3 times a week
Attend weekly virtual bump groups for 10 weeks (about 20 hours of total class time)
